Bundesliga: Dortmund defeated at home by Schalke

Defending champions lost at home against Schalke as they move 5 points clear from the champions who are at fourth position. Schalke got lead with goals from former Barca winger Afelley and Hoger. Dourtmond got their goal from their top striker Lewandoski.
The champions are in trouble as Bayern contineu the unbeaten run with a 5 goal riot over Fortuna Dusseldorf.

Chelsea breaks the unbeaten run of Spurs on a fully topsy turney match

Chelsea lost a 1-0 lead to spurs as Gallas and Defoe gave spurs a temporary 2-1 lead but again Mata found the net twice regaining the lead for his club on the 4-2 victory. A entertaining match with opportunities on both sides but Chelsea making the most of it as the AVB signing for chelsea , Juan Mata scoring two goals against AVB's current club. The win was confirmed by a goal from the sub Daniel Sturridge.
 On other games, Liverpool finally booking a first home win this season with win against Reading from a goal from Sterling. Swarez was on top of his game though Liverpool lacked finishing which is a problem prevaling since last season.
Manchester United won 4-2 against Stoke with goals from the amazing Van Persie(1), Welbeck(1) and Rooney(2).
Dzeko scored the winner for Manchester City agains the in form WBA.

Borussia Dortmun to take on Schalke on sunday 20th october

The champions of Germany take on Schalke who are a spot above of them in this years bundesliga table this saturday. The champions are at 4th spot, 2 points behind Schalke who are at third. Dortmun are looking for a win to move a spot above reaching third on the table. Dortmun  are having a poor home form as they ave played 10 matches draw recently. On form Bayern Munich are on top of the table with no loss or draws grabbing all possible points.

All eyes on White Hart Lane as Spurs host Chelsea this week on 20th october

At top of the league while Chelsea are unbeaten in the league, Spurs welcome them hoping for a win under the former blues manager Andre Villa Bose who was sacked last summer by the blues. Tottenham are on a rough start in the league with the new manager but promising signings like Dempsey are expected to shine on the match.

Steven Gerrard is English international born on Merseyside,England. He is devoted Liverpool player and and signed as a professional for the club at the early age of 17 and then played as a first team member within a year. He is a well known  central mid fielder and play maker, but he also plays as secondary striker and right winger. 

Gerrard is widely regarded as one of the greatest English footballers ever, as well as one of the best midfielders of his generation. Gerrard came second only to Kenny Dalglish in the "100 Players Who Shook The Kop" – a Liverpool fan poll. Zinedine Zidane said in 2009 that he considered Gerrard one of the best footballers in the world. In 2005, Gerrard was honoured as the UEFA Club Footballer of the Year and won the Ballon d'Or Bronze Award. Additionally, he has been named to the PFA Team of the Year seven times, the UEFA Team of the Year and FIFA World XI three times, and was named the FWA Footballer of the Year in 2009. In 2010, The Guardian named Gerrard to their World XI team, which compiled the greatest footballers of all time onto one squad. He is, to date, the only footballer ever to have scored a goal in an FA Cup Final, a League Cup Final, a UEFA Cup Final and a Champions League Final.

Gerrard is best known for his excellent long passes, accurate long range power shots and free kicks. Gerrard's free kick against Newcaste was the goal of the Season 2005/06.

Gerrard is the heart beat of Anfield and Liverpool, he has earned his place in the club and the fans. He has become a LEGEND that will not fade. He is truly a RED's fan who turned to a RED'S LEGEND.

Germany held on a draw as Sweden come from 4-0 behind

A match that seemed totally one sided till the first half with Germany leading by three goals half way through, changed amazingly in the second half. Germany struck yet another goal in 56th minute and were certain of victory. But former Milan and Barcelona striker Zaltan Ibrahimovic struck the first goal for Sweden and then Sweden scored two more in the next 14 minutes. Then again in the very last minute Sweden scored again with R. Elm ending the match in a draw.
